I have a desire to help people reach their goals and deal with life in general. The client-therapist relationship is important to me, so I strive to cultivate a safe space with each of my clients.
My clinical experience includes working with minors, adults, couples, and the LGBTQIA community. My approach to the counseling experience is based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Existential Therapy, but I also highlight the importance of emotions and its impact on our day-to-day life.
Outside of the office, I enjoy going on walks, reading books, baking, taking care of my plants, spending time with family, and hanging out with my dogs. I’m a creative person who deeply appreciates art, and I enjoy painting, crafting, learning new art techniques, and appreciating the beauty of the world around us. I am truly blessed and humbled to do this kind of work, and I look forward to working with you!
