I am passionate about helping my clients navigate through life’s challenges by fostering a warm therapeutic relationship and breaking free from overwhelming feelings/thought processes. I enjoy seeing my clients make progress by working toward their goals and finding peace within themselves.
I have experience working in a variety of different settings including community mental health, schools, private practice, and nonprofits. While pursuing my degree, I worked with several populations including addictions, anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADHD, and trauma. These populations included adults eighteen and older.
Outside of the office, I enjoy listening to music, cooking, reading books, spending time with my family (including my dog), and going for nature walks.
I received my B.S. in Counseling and Human Services from Point University and my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I am currently an LPC-Associate and I am supervised by Tiffany Priska, LPC-S.
