As a former Youth and Family Minister, Kouba is not afraid to deal with the messy. After nearly thirty years of ministry, Kouba retired from his ministry position in order to focus his purpose on serving adolescents and their families in the mental and spiritual health field.
Kouba received his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. He is Board Certified and licensed to practice in Texas under the supervision of Shaun Burrow, PhD, LPC-Supervision (#63973).
Kouba is an avid outdoor enthusiast and a two-time Ironman finisher who strongly believes in the process of the journey. It’s more about direction than perfection, while enhancing a growth mindset along the way.
